TALENT RELEASE FORM

I agree that:
 
1. Westpac Scholars Limited ABN 72 168 847 041 as trustee for Westpac Scholars Trust ABN 35 600 251 (Westpac Scholars, we, us, our) may use:
 
  • Photographic, video, or digital images in which I appear; and / or
  • my voice, biographical material or other information concerning me, (collectively, my image) in any of our or Westpac’s published materials, including but not limited to Westpac Group’s websites, reports, media releases, advertisements, social media, branches, and other marketing materials (Publication).

 

2. Westpac Scholars may use my image in any way it determines, including to edit, adapt or alter it. We may also authorise third parties to perform these rights on our behalf.

 

3. Westpac Scholars is not required to publish or otherwise use my image.

 

4. I am not entitled to any payment or other remuneration for the use of my image in the Publication.

 

5. I will not retain any rights, including copyright, or interest in the Publication.

 

6. I indemnify Westpac Scholars from any claims, demands, damages, losses reasonable costs or expenses (including legal expenses) incurred by it arising out of the use of my image or my undertakings under this release form.

 

7. I authorise Westpac Scholars to collect and process my personal information in connection with the use of my image as contemplated in this release form and in accordance with Westpac Scholars’ Privacy Statement.

 
8. I confirm that I am eighteen (18) years of age or older.
