About me

Environmental issues worldwide strengthen my passion for developing more sustainable technologies, and I aspire to apply electrical engineering solutions to global energy challenges in an ethical and sustainable way. Studying a degree in Electrical and Renewable Energy Engineering, I would like to use my degree to help underdeveloped countries, and to further promote gender diversity in STEM among people around the world. As a female involved in the STEM industry, I endeavour to actively promote women in technology and inspire inclusion — highlighting the importance of women in leadership roles in these male-dominated fields. Alongside my passion for technology, I love to paint, and I have used this to highlight environmental protection and activism, most recently exhibiting an acrylic painting of the endangered Australian Black Cockatoo at my local community art exhibition.
I endeavour to utilise my degree in a way that makes STEM accessible to all, because a better future in STEM starts with inclusion, curiosity, and the courage to challenge barriers.
