About me

Growing up in Gladstone, regional Queensland, shaped my interest in how technology can support and strengthen communities. I am currently studying engineering and information technology, with aspirations to major in mechatronics to further develop my skills in intelligent systems and robotics. I am particularly passionate about cybersecurity and ethical technology, and how these fields can help protect people and build safer digital environments. In the future, I hope to contribute to Australia’s cyber defence and help develop technologies that protect communities and promote responsible innovation. Outside of my studies, I enjoy playing basketball and creating music, which allow me to stay creative and balanced.
Technology has the power to solve real problems when it’s designed responsibly. I hope to use my studies to help improve cybersecurity and develop solutions that protect people and communities. The Westpac Scholarship gives me the chance to learn from inspiring people who share the same goal of creating a better future for Australia.
