Innovation for impact

About me

Growing up in Wollongong, New South Wales, I developed an early curiosity for technology that has since grown into a deep passion for software, hardware, and problem‑solving. I currently work as a junior web developer at Precision Pixels, where I enjoy building and testing practical solutions while broadening my skill base. Beyond technical work, I am strongly motivated by collaboration and community impact. In January 2025, I travelled to rural Cambodia with Sustainable Cambodia and Rotary on a humanitarian initiative focused on creating sustainable change. Working alongside local communities—listening to their needs, coordinating with teams, and helping plan long‑term systems—strengthened my commitment to people‑centred leadership and meaningful innovation. I am passionate about physics, mathematics, and all things sport, and I aspire to use technology not only to innovate, but to contribute to sustainable, meaningful improvements and opportunities for disadvantaged communities in Australia and around the world.
I believe technology has the greatest impact when it is shaped by empathy and guided by the needs of communities. My goal is to work with others to create sustainable solutions that expand opportunities for people who are often overlooked. The Westpac Scholarship allows me to learn from inspiring leaders and build the skills needed to turn ideas into lasting, meaningful change.
