About me

From an early age, I wanted to work in STEM. Technology and science became safe spaces for me as I navigated the trials and tribulations of life. When my mother passed away when I was 14, although it was from known causes, the experience inspired my passion for criminology and forensics. The idea of not knowing how a loved one died, and giving their family and friends no chance at closure, makes my heart ache. My life goal is to help as many people find this closure as possible. I aspire to contribute to scientific developments in the forensics field to help achieve this. I want to be part of making Australia known for its forensic discoveries, hopefully inspiring the next generation of women in STEM. Outside of my passion for the development of forensic technology, I enjoy listening to and performing music, as well as playing netball.
I aspire to become a leading forensic scientist, developing and discovering new technologies to help loved ones find closure.
