About me

I am a tech marketing professional specialising in APAC and Japan. I enjoy blending cultural nuance with data-driven strategies to inform commercial outcomes, and pride myself on a commitment to fostering global connections and human understanding. Alongside my professional work, I am deeply motivated by an interest in people, cultures, and mental health. With the completion of my Master of Counselling, I aspire to contribute to the development of culturally-informed mental health frameworks for the Southeast-Asian/Australian diaspora, lowering barriers to access and the provision of support for this community in life and work. My long-term vision also includes the creation of a social change campaign for the prevention of domestic violence in Vietnam; a silent epidemic impacting 2in 3 women with further ramifications on the socioeconomic development of the country, by leveraging existing Australian support and communication frameworks. In my spare time I love cooking, gardening, training dogs, and mushroom foraging.
Being a Vietnamese-Australian woman has gifted me with a unique lens on the world, allowing me to bridge cultural perspectives throughout the course of my life and career. I’m excited for the opportunity to further turn this into tangible outcomes with the support of my Westpac Scholarship to help make the world a better place, even if it's just within my small sphere of influence.
