About me
I’m currently the General Manager and a Director at Fruit2Work, a social enterprise creating employment and mentoring opportunities for people impacted by the justice system.
My own journey through addiction, incarceration, and homelessness drives my vision to reduce recidivism one person at a time—helping people rebuild their lives and reconnect with their families. Under my leadership, Fruit2Work has achieved a zero-recidivism rate, successfully supporting participants back into the community and restoring hope to parents and children.
I’m passionate about building safer, stronger communities by combining lived experience with strategic leadership to open doors, transform lives, and amplify social impact.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and hitting the gym—commitments that reflect resilience and personal growth.
The Westpac Social Change Fellowship will give me the opportunity to grow and learn so I can do even more to give back to the community. What I gain from this experience will help more people rebuild their lives and create safer, stronger communities. Every second chance has a ripple effect—reuniting families, restoring hope, and transforming lives.
