About me

I am a proud Wirangu, Narranga and Wangkatha woman, and as CEO of EPIC Pathways, I work alongside mob to co-design bold, youth-led programs that strengthen culture, confidence and opportunity for our young people. My career sits at the intersection of systems and storytelling, where First Nations knowledge is centred and young people are respected as leaders and innovators. From festivals to classrooms, boardrooms to basketball courts, my work is grounded in cultural safety, deep listening and the power of community. I am passionate about amplifying youth voice, transforming systems from within and building futures shaped by self-determination. My vision for social change is a country where our young people move with pride, possibility and the freedom to design pathways that truly reflect who they are.
Being a foster carer for Aboriginal teenagers has taught me how much potential is unlocked when young people have someone in their corner. Receiving this fellowship gives me the chance to deepen my skills and broaden the impact of my work. I’m excited to take this opportunity and turn it into something meaningful for the young people I walk alongside.

My passions

  • Community-led education and mentoring - supporting young people through relational, strengths-based, culturally grounded mentoring models
  • Care and advocacy for Aboriginal young people - drawing on life experiences to champion the wellbeing, voice and futures of Aboriginal teenagers
