I am passionate about creating opportunities for people who are often excluded from the workforce, particularly those with disability, neurodivergence and mental health concerns. As CEO of Hamlet, I lead initiatives that combine social enterprise, inclusive employment, and community connection to empower individuals to thrive both personally and professionally. My vision is a world where every person has the opportunity to access meaningful employment, community connection, and personal growth and where workplaces and communities actively embrace diversity and inclusion. I am particularly passionate about social enterprise and the power individuals and businesses have to create impact in their communities simply by choosing where they spend their money. Throughout my career, I have championed programs that break down barriers and foster equitable participation. Outside of work, I am a mum to two beautiful girls, enjoy spending time in the garden, growing veggies, experimenting in the kitchen with my partner, and connecting with friends and family over good food and conversation.
