About me
My vision is that no young person in Australia is left behind due to geography, ethnicity, or socio-economic status. At 21, I founded Burn Bright, delivering wellbeing and leadership programs to over 150,000 young people.
After eight years, I saw sustainability challenges in the sector and partnered with a strategic philanthropist and other youth charities to create the Youth Impact Foundation in 2022, where I now serve as CEO.
Our innovative model brings youth charities together to reduce duplication and amplify impact, now reaching over 160,000 young people each year. By preserving each charity’s identity and programs, we ensure sustainability and long-term change. With a framework co-designed alongside the University of Melbourne, we’re making sure our impact is both measurable and enduring.
The Westpac Social Change Fellowship is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to grow my leadership and drive systemic change that makes a real difference to young people in Australia who need it most.
